Biscayne 79 & Riverfront is a phased mixed-use redevelopment consisting of the former U.S. Immigration property at 7880 Biscayne Boulevard with and the redevelopment and activation of The Little River frontage. Designed by Stantec, Phase 1 introduces two 12-story residential towers with 366 apartments, approximately 25,000 square feet of street-level retail, and a structured parking garage, reimagining a long-vacant 3.5-acre site as a vibrant destination in Miami’s Upper Eastside and Little River neighborhoods. Phase 2 remains under conceptual development.
